Hi,
I was trying to connect 3nos. Temperature/Humidity sensor with display (AP9520TH) via Netbotz 250 A link port. After reset netbotz is shoiwng Err on Beacon, Relay Output, Switched Outlet.
Now Netbotz is not detecting any TH sensor. Kindly suggest.

Hi,
If you have done a reset to default, last thing to try is do a format. Login to telnet or SSH then run the format command. If the issue is still there, then its most likely a hardware issue.
You can contact your local CCC and provide the same information you shared here and the logs from the Netbotz 250. Your local CCC will be able to check if the device is still under warranty.

Hi,
Have you tried to disconnect all sensors, the A-Link device, then perform a reboot? See if the status is still showing "err"?
If the status is restored to normal, try plugging in the sensors individually, and A-Link with the terminator.
BR,
TJ
