I am trying to configure our NetBotz devices, which have been sitting unconfigured for a while now. I am running into issues on several of them where the firmware will not update using the utility. I am getting an error stating "Firmware distribution does not match device platform; this could be due to a corrupt distribution". I know the update utility is good since I can get some of them upgraded and working using the same utility. This problem is on four Netbotz so far.

Hi @DuranH ,
What exact model do you have? Is it the NBRK0250 or NBRK0250A
They take different firmware.
Can you log in through the web? Serially? What firmware does the device report that is already on it?
What exact firmware are you trying to push to the device?
There can be alternate options if the firmware utility doesn't work. The following FAQ shows them:

Thanks,
Steve
