NetBotz Rack Monitor 750 email configuration error

I tried to config email notifications for NetBotz 750 but each time I tried to send a test email the following message appears 534-5.7.9 application-specific password required. Would any one know how to solve this issue

Hello @Ayyash,

I don't have direct experience with connecting a NetBotz 750 to use a google email server, but I believe that Google requires that you generate an app specific password when you have two factory authentication enabled.
