NetBotz 750 unable to reset root password
Hi Experts,
I try to reset root password according to procedure described in the version 990-5934E_EN.pdf of the user manual, but without success.
System variable resetpwd is set to TRUE (printenv resetpwd) but appliance ask for password each time and NBRK0750 are not accessible (I've got two units affected).

Hi,
If the devices are on 5.3.0, I believe the reset process was changed from an empty password (so it didn't prompt you at all) to using "apc" as the default - so try using this when prompted for a password.
I've submitted a change to our kbase for this - it looks like that's another document we need to change!
