Hello,
From the same web page where you download the DDF, you can report a problem with either the link for a modification or a request for a new DDF. Please include the model and describe the problem you are encountering (pictures are very useful as well).
Thanks,
Jake

Hello Jake HIlts,
We have 4 generators and all CAT brands. The two generators are C13 models and the other two generators are 3406 models.
The management panel design is C13 - EMCP 4.1, 4.2; 3406 - EMCP4.1, 4.2, 4.2B
- we are working with DCE to connect our CAT brand generators. but we need the MODBUS DDF.
if you possible send me MODBUS DDF file, my email ; dembee0805@yahoo.com

Hi Shishkin,
I created a request for you. #13984 You will hear from someone shortly.
In the future, the fastest way to get access to a DDF that you can't find is from the page https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com and click on the link for either a modification or a new DDF.
Thanks!
Jake
