Hi,
I made a device request last week and still have not heard back.
I need a DDF file for Generator, brand: DEEP SEA ELECTRONICS, model: DSE7320 MKII for DCE v7.5.0
I had send the modbus registry details form and so please help in providing the DDF.

The device support team is working on requests as quickly as possible. It usually takes 4 - 6 weeks, as stated in the Help Center http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices.

Please its been 4 months that I had requested for the DDF and no reply from the ddf team.
From Sunday (23-Sep-2018) we are have testing for final sign-off of DCIM and following project completion certificate.
Kindly provide the DDFfor Generator, brand: DEEP SEA ELECTRONICS, model: DSE7320 MKII Urgently.
