Hi there

Just purchased this recently for a client, I'm a VAR, so the client to if its possible to do a configuration within the Netbotz appliance to monitor and sends notifications or alerts regarding availability of physical servers or vm's, like for instance if a server is out, can netbotz send an alert?

What else can upsell or cross sell and bring more value to the client with this product and make more money.

Hi @ElieTopiase,

The NetBotz 750 can monitor downstream devices, but only supported device types which primarily include APC NMCs and Camera POD 165s / ONVIF cameras.  Additional information on adding supported devices can be found in the NetBotz 5.x User Guide in the Connect Downstream Devices section.
