Thirteen NBRK0755 + four NBPD0165 each connecting to StruxureWare DCE on a virtual machine. All in same room, longest cable length ~50' CAT5e. On three occasions in the past few months, one of the cameras will suddenly show a constant test pattern. The other cameras on that NBRK0755 work fine. I was finally able to clear the test pattern by removing the camera and then re-adding it back to the NBRK0755 and then to DCE, but that deletes all of the image history which security doesn't like. Simply re-initializing the camera doesn't do anything, nor does rebooting the 0755. Anyone have any idea why a camera just suddenly starts displaying a test pattern and won't recover?

Thank you, Jackie. That was my first plan. Unfortunately, due to an oversight between procurement and our vendor, I only have support on the DCE VM, and not on the NBRK750s. (Color me embarrassed for not catching that!) 😕 I thought I might inquire of the hive mind to see if someone had experienced something similar while waiting to process a more inclusive quote for the next fiscal year. 🙂 Thanks, Jackie - hope your New Year is awesome!
