Hello! Can i conect any Netbotz with a out of band 4G/5G solution for backup comunication?

For example, If i want to have a primary way to comunicate (ethernet), and if its fail the sistemas automaticly change to 4G/5G comunicaction throught a modem.

No, there is no modem connection option on the NBRK0250. The only thing I can suggest is a 3rd party gateway that can take an e-mail and transmit it as text. We don't have any that we specifically suggest but there are a few products or services out there if you do a google search. Here are a few:
