Dears,
I have a customer who need to integrate the HP-uCMDB system with DCO8.3.2 system.
It's required to extract all assets and its info from HP-uCMDB system via system SOAP APIs and then transform and load the assets to DCO8.3.2 import staging database.
actually i developed the transformation (.ktr) and job (.kjb) files via spoon/pentaho PDI tool.
created an ETL configuration on DCO8.3.2, only to define the import staging database and selected no transformation as i'll run it from the pentaho tool manually for test.
i got the required data from the HP-uCMDB in the .csv files created in the transformation but there no thing passed to DCO staging database while all transformations run successfully without any errors.
and when i copied the transformation and job files to data/pentaho/import directory on DCO and selected my job file in ETL configuration, it looks like run successfully without any error in the etl-log file but in this case the .csv files which i use to receive the data from HP-uCMDB are empty which means that it didn't get the data from HP-uCMDB while the etl configuration looks like run successfully without errors. and of-course there no assets created into the staging database.
Do you have any idea, what may cause this issue?
