Hi @Dmitriy.Pronin ,
Sorry, Andy had specifically asked his question of me and I hadn't noticed the initial message wasn't answered.
No, you can not change the email sent from either the NetBotz 250 or the Rack Access PX. They only send an e-mail on failure and to find out what card was used, you'll need to check the logs. We do not read the facility code so that will not be in the log.

Hi @APC_Steve can you please advise, Is it possible and how to have information about access events from the NB250 appliances? How to access to the existing logs in memory? How to receive logs outside? How to see card IDs/time/door info?
Thanks/Regards/Andrey

Hi @Andy ,
If you want to see both valid and invalid card swipes, you need to look at the log for the 250. You will need to log in to the unit and click logs-->event logs. You can also download the logs under About-->Support-->Generate Logs. The event log will be one of the logs zipped up there. You can also access logs via things like FTP, check the manual for different options of that kind.
Similarly, the easiest way to see the doors, cards, and associated times are to log into the 250 directly. You can also download the config.ini (also through generate logs). but looking through the config.ini is not as easy as looking at the 250's web interface.

Hi,
But what about my question, is it possible to send by automatic e-mail message both the facility code and the card number using NBACS125 or AP936 ?

Hi Steve, many thanks for the answers.
May I ask one more question please, do we have a syslog option to put the access-related events on a remote server? Or any other option to integrate 250th with a 4rd party external system?
