I am trying to model my current racks. Each rack has 1 x SRT6KRMXLI with two connected SRT192RMBP battery packs.
When I choose the correct genome for the UPS, firstly is reports that it is a 5000VA model not 6000VA with a weight of 0.1kg 🙂
Secondly I can't see how to model the connected battery packs.
Can you help?

Hi @Dave.Batten,
Modeling battery packs in ITE isn't supported quite yet. You'll see lots of improvements coming soon.
You can contact support about the genome issue you're seeing. Select General support request on this form: https://app.ecostruxureit.com/request
Best,
Jackie
