Hello,
Is there a list of Modbus RTU/TCP gateways that already have DDF files available?
I'm getting no where picking random gateways from Google and searching the DDF library.
Thanks,
Brendan.

Hi @Frowndon,
Generally I wouldn't expect to see a DDF for the gateway itself. The DCE will believe it's communicating with the end-device over modbus-TCP, and the gateway will handle the conversion to RTU transparently. This means the important part is finding a DDF for the end-device, and the DCE doesn't need to know the gateway even exists (unless the health of the gateway itself is to be monitored)
Of course we recommend our own gateways (traditionally the EGX150/Link150, and now the PAS600 family that replace it) - but I'd expect wide compatibility with any gateway that exposes each RTU device as a separate TCP server#.

Hi @Frowndon
There's quite a large list of Modbus gateway DDFs on https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com/ if you search for gateway.
Have you looked here?

Hi Shaun,
Thank you for that information, the PAS600 is available locally and has a 230v ac input.
I'll get one and try it out.
Kind regards,
Brendan.

@Frowndon you can use the same DDF search for devices. Sorry, I don't think there's a list other than that.
You may want to contact support for additional insight.
