Hi, I have problem with values from UPS in DCO. I can`t see amps on phase one of the UPS devices from DCE. In DCE I can see all values.
I have already asked this in the theme:
But I was told to wait for 30 days & it would solve it self. But still the same.
Please help.

Hi Boris,
What is the version of your DCO and DCE?
I'm currently running some tests - will get back to you as soon as possible.
Kind regards

Hi Boris,
I was able to reproduce a similar issue with another UPS unit (Symmetra 160K) - issue basically DDF related, where the device output current sensors are not being correctly reported to DCO.
Can you send a walk of your UPS device (I guess that's a Legrand Archimod HE device, right?)
Instructions for performing a walk file available here:
How to create a SNMP walk file for Struxureware Data Center Expert/EcoStruxure IT Gateway
Thanks,
Kind regards

Hi Boris,
Yes, thanks I have the walk file - appears to be ddf related (new ddf can be requested from Device support
http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices)
This is also reported to DCE/DDF development team for possible enhancements in a future version.
Kind regards
