Dear all
Since some time, I miss the history reports when accessing the EcoStuxure DCE (Version 8.3.0.91). The history is available when I am using the client installation, therefore it is not a storage problem. Strange is that the history for the humidity I can see and access, but not for temperature, fan speed or valve position. I tried with a different browser, same result. Within the client, I am logged in with the same user as via web browser. I also reloaded the DCE server.
Any idea why this happen? The history was available in the past, but I cannot tell since when it is no longer there (as I said, it is missing via web interface, but is available on the client).

Hi @markus.albisser , I've not see the specific behavior you're describing but I am curious as to the user that you're logging in as. Is this an LDAP user? I ask because there are some inconsistencies with the web when logging in as an LDAP/AD user. If so, I suggest you log in or have someone log in as a local user and verify they see the same thing you're seeing.
Other than that, you may want to contact tech support directly as this may take a bit more discovery work and back and forth before we may be able to isolate the issue.

The LDAP issue I mentioned above is noted as resolved in DCE 9.0.

Hi @APC_Steve , many thanks for your feedback. Yes, we have an AD integration, but the issue I see with a local created user. To be sure the issue is still there, I created a new user and assigned the groups "Server Administrators" and "Device Administrators". The result is the same.
The weird thing is that, when I open such a page where the history is empty and I click on "Export to CSV", the exported CSV contains all the historical data! Therefore, the data is there, but it somehow cannot be displayed.
But I will follow your recommendation and contact the tech support.
