Manual synchronization in EcoStruxure IT Gateway 1.8.1.44

Hello

I could not find the "synchornize" button in Ecotruxure IT Gateway 1.8.1.44.
Unitl Gateway 1.7.0.64, we use this feature when we found some of the device sensor values are missing or not updated.

Is there any reason why this feature is dropped in EcoStruxure IT Gateay 1.8.1.44?
Does that mean user don't need to do manual synchronization after 1.8.1.44 no more?

The synchronize button is no longer there. If you're in a situation where you need to perform a manual synchronization, please submit a ticket to support@ecostruxureit.com, so we can investigate the underlying issue.
