Hi Boris,
The periodic interruptions may sound a sort of network related issue. Under normal conditions either you(user) have access or you don't. Probably there might be something between the client(s) and server (DCO) causing this interruption.
Just in case if the authentication server settings needs to be checked then please see the following guide/page:Setup an AD (Active Directory) Server
Kind regards

hello Jef
The user locally (not AD ) is working without interruptions, therefore I think no communication problem between client's and DCO .
Can you explain to me - how is working authentication from clients via user of the active Directory ?
Do clients perform authentication against DCO or AD ?
What is log file I can investigate ?

Hi Boris,
Remote user(s) is directly authenticated with the integrated authentication server, eg. during the initial login session user would be authenticated and DCO will not force user(s) to re-authenticate afterwards. However if you could provide the following data, then I will check the log entries:
screen capture showing what notification is being displayed for user
client application.log file (usually located in C:\Users\
server logs (can be downloaded from webmin interface, StruxureWare DC Operation>Download Log Files>"Download log files"
I will send you an invite (from my =S= box) so the data safely can be shared with me (if you would), thanks.
Kind regards
