LonWorks and SW DCE integration

This question was originally posted on DCIM Support by Rael Haiboullin on 2016-06-29

Hi
Customer has old  CRAC Daikin DMS504B51 with Lonworks interface.

How to intergrate this CRAC to DCE software?

For the present,  I have only one idea - use the AS-server SXWAUTSVR10001 of SE-devices....but this is expensively for integration of several CRACs.

Does anybody have other ideas ?

Hi Rael,

DCE has no specific options for Lonworks or the devices you noted. We can monitor SNMP devices and Modbus devices. I am not familiar with the device or Lonworks but I looked up  AS-server SXWAUTSVR10001 and that appears to be a gateway for Lonworks to modbus among other things. This is the kind of thing you would need but I have no specific info on it or it's use.
