Hi, I have 2 x APM UPS's associated with the external device but no sensors are displayed within DCO 8.2 so i am not showing measured values just estimated has anyone else come across this issue.

It sounds most likely a DDF related issue, so you might want to post a ddf request here http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices
It seems there have already been created ddf for "Emerson Liebert APM":
so you might want to go ahead and ask for "I want it too":

I have already installed this DDF and in DCE all the values are displayed but in DCO they are not shown.

As you can see one ups (chloride) shows device and values but the Emerson does not

Hi Mike,
If you have recently installed the DDF file (in DCE) after you have had the device association in DCO, then try: un-associate and then associate, see if it helps. Otherwise apparently your ddf having support for DCE, but not for DCO. It appears the device power sensor values not coming to DCO.
I think you would need to contact the Device Support (where you have received the DDF file) and let them know the power measurements are not coming to DCO (they know what is expected from DCO side).
