How do I find out how many of the following Licences I have use for IP devices?
I know how many I have used but don't know how many I have left.

I assume you're referring to the number of licenses you have available in DCE. If so, in DCE go to system–>server admin settings–>license keys, add up your used device pack licenses and total device pack licenses, and subtract them. That will give you your remaining available devices pack licenses.
If you were meant another type of license or Operations module, please specify.

please just clarify some issue I meet frequently. Which MAC address should be used to activated the licence : Private or Public because some server like enterprise has MAC adresse one Private and another one for public

Always use the MAC address to activated the licence which is shown in following Pic..
in About StruxureWare Page like following Pics.
and one thing make sure when ever you are registering DCE or any physical device with the Mac address it is advised that you should use "Colon" (:) and not "Hyphen" (-) as a separator. e.g
1A:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
