Hi Ivaylo,
The login information that you used to login to the previous website (register.netbotz.com) should still apply to this new website. Let me know if you are/are not able to login to https://dcimassets.schneider-electric.com.
You need to first register the DCE by clicking on "Register Asset". Once the asset is registered, you should be able to see the asset. You need to then click on the grid like button to the right of the asset and select "Redeem Passcode". You then enter the passcode in the dialog box. Click on Next. Once you see what license shows up for the passcode, you click on Apply. You will then be given a license under "Component Details". You enter in this license key into your DCE client (F.Y.I when copying and pasting the license key, it puts in a space, ie. my license key example B42709FBDAEC05DD02BB2B889987D6BED03618F86814E 8XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. You will need to delete the space between the E and 8 to be able to click OK on the DCE client dialog box license key section).

I have problem activation my AP9110 (Capacity 10 Rack License). Show me Window "The parent/child relationship between these products is inactive. Please contact support to determine the correct parent product type to which this passcode may be applied".

Hi Miroslav,
You receive this error when you are redeeming a passcode to the wrong product (i.e. You have registered a DCE server and are trying to redeem a AP9110 passcode for Oerations on it). You need to first register your Operation server and then redeem the passcode to that Operation server.
Are you using the email address you use on this site for the https://dcimassets.schneider-electric.com site? If so, I noticed that you have a DCE and a Netbotz unit registered, I do not see any Operations server registered for which you need to apply the AP9110 passcode.

Thank you for your response. Operation server So I registered and now I was able to register and AP9110. Thank you for your help.
What do I do with licenses that are already registered under StruxureWare Expert, but should be under Operation? It needs to change?
