Hello Team,
I have an issue configuring LDAP with DCE 7.5. I reach the LDAP server and I see all the users but when I select an user and then click on Finish the user is not saved in the system.
Can you help me?
Thanks!

Hi Javier,
Had you selected the correct type when you initially created the authentication server? I have seen instances where if you're using LDAP and accidentally choose Active Directory or visa versa the configuration will seem to proceed but will not work correctly in the end. This seems to happen even if you go back and try to correct it later. You must choose the correct entry in the initial configuration or else you'll need to delete and re-add the entry.
You may also want to look at k-base FA158395 for additional tips for the configuration if you've not already done so. If you're still having issues, possibly try smaller entries...possibly bind to one of the lower level groups if possible just for troubleshooting. Any specifics about the configuration may help as well if you need to come back or speak with support.
Thanks,
Steve
