Issues with DCO 7.5 client

This question was originally posted on DCIM Support by Angelica Castiblanco on 2015-11-10

We have an issue with the DCO 7.5 client, just installed in a windows 7 laptop.

It's not able to login. After filling the login app with the credentials, It keeps loading. After a time, it shows an error message:

An Exception occurred - the application will be shut down.
Unable to subscriber events. This is likely due to network issues....

We also have DCE 7.2.7 client installed and it's working perfectly.

Please let us know how we can fix this.

Thanks a lot

Hi Angelica, The first thing to check is to see if the Data Center Operation is running. Open up a browser and type in the IP of the Data Center Operation server. This will show the Data Center Operation webpage. If this is running can you try to uninstall the client and delete everything in the directory called: C:\Users\[Username]\.isxo. Those files are just cache files and will be redownloaded upon connection. Now install the client again and try to log in. Please also check and see if you are running SSL or not. In case none of the above works please sent us the following client log file: Windows 7: C:\Users\[Username]\.isxo\[Version]\Operations\application.log Thanks Jesper

Hi Jesper, thank you for your help! It's working now. We deleted the files under C:\Users\[Username]\.isxo. We restarted again the client, and it's working after that. Thanks! Thanks for your help!
