Is it possible to monitoring SE Galaxy VS UPS and APC Environmental Manager (AP9340)?

Hi guys,

Can anyone help me with some problems with DCE?

1) I have NetBotz 750 rack appliance where i planing monitor 10kW Galaxy VS UPS. I added UPS to DCE via IP but now getting err "Device status may be inaccurate because an attempt to transfer a device definition file (DDF) failed" (pic.1). Alarm type "Device Definition File (DDF) Transfer Failure ". I tried to download DDF file but didnt find it in the internet. Mybe i'm in the wrong way?

2) I have a second appliance "APC Environmental Manager (AP9340)" which is also connected to the local network and DCE. But i dont see sensors and their readings there and getting 2 errors (pic.2). Does IT DCE 8.1 support monitoring this device or not? If not, what should i do wtih this device and there is any other options to read sernsor readings?

I already tried, donwloaded DDF xml-files from the website you indicated but every time I got an err like this:

I just had to specify the exact model of the equipment and find a specific DDFfile.

The issue is resolved, thank you!
