I was asked if I can add a barcode image on a work order in order to scan it when servicing an equipment.
is this an option and how can I manage this?

Hi Gleb,
We cannot add image (or any files) when creating a task/work order. That is not supported.
When creating work order, changes concerning the device properties may be created as "user defined tasks", so user can manually enter the specified info (such as barcode) as task.
Files, such as barcode image, cannot be attached to work order or a model (in DCO/ITA), but if you have your files/images located in another host/location, then you can use custom properties to store links to the external information, such as links to files, web pages, etc. For more info on Custom properties, please see the following page:
