Hello, recently i recived the following error massage on my DCO client
"User for server communication with 10.2.2.5 i missing or invalid. unable to get device and alarms updates from struxureware data center expert"
where this user configured and can be changed on the DCO and the DCE ?

Hi Aba,
This is the DCE user, which is used for the communication between DCO and DCE.
In DCO: via desktop client, go to System Setup > External System Configuration, select the integrated DCE, and then "Edit server". Correct the user credentials. Push the "Test" button to verify the connection is successful (Push OK, if connection is successful). Push Next and Finish button.
In DCE: To verify/or change the credentials for this DCE user, login to your DCE server (via desktop client), go to System > Users and Device Group Access, and find your user and make the changes if needed.
