Perhaps something is wrong with your local DCO cache (on your laptop/desktop). If you close out of the DCO client, rename the C:\Users\
If the contents are somehow invalid or damaged, this process will refresh the contents and your client should work. First time launch will take longer than usual as the cache space is refreshed.
