Hi Guys,
Yesterday I had to restart my InfraStruXure Server because it didn´t stopped sending me warning E-Mails frome one of our cooling racks. I restarded it from the InfraStruXure Central Client, but since I did this it isn´t reachable any more ....
I would be really thankful, if somebody can help me.
Best regards
Mazlum

Dear Mazlim, happy new year 2019 first of all to you and your Family in good luck and health.
Infrastruxure Central is the very old Version of the offline Version of Ecostruxure, called Struxuerware Datacenter Expert.
Do you have a Support contract with Schneider Electric to upgrade this appliance for free? if not, a purchase of an upgraded Version is needed probably.
Infrastruxure central to my Knowledge has been cut off as a System. To be on the safe side, please go on the www.apc.com Website for your country, go under "Support" and dial the toll free Support number for your area/country, to verify age and availability of your System.
alternatively, under "Support" you find a section"faq" where our Telefone Support updates issues and resolutions in english - you can search under "Infrastruxure Central" there and find evtl. a solution to your issue alterantively there. hope this helps. Best regards- Christian of APC/SE

Dear Mazlum Demir,
In addition to Christian Stolte answer, which is absolutely right. You can do the initial troubleshooting of your old ISX Cental yourself, for example, as written in the similar topic :
Great, then you tried to connect the monitor and keyboard to your old DCE-servers and see the reboot process? Maybe there are some errors or problems?
In addition, you can log in to the console on the DCE-server using a apcinfo/apcinfo login and password. Thus, you can at least see if your DCE-server is alive or not?
Try and report, please, again.
With respect.
