Inaccurate Energymeter Sensor Data (Secure 440) in DCE....

I have added my substation energymeter to DCE 7.4.3 after getting the DDF from Device support. But the data are inaccurate. What should I do now?

Hi,

It is likely a DDF issue and I’ve added a tag to your post for DDF. I would suggest quickly checking the registers output by the device to make sure that info is not also an issue at that level. Hopefully the DDF team can post here but you may want to respond to any communications you’ve received from that team for this DDF noting your issues.
