Is it possible to manually import serial numbers of existing equipment in DCO, via a .csv upload or similar method.
Since originally entering all our equipment in, the requirement has arisen to have the serial number stored also and i'd rather not have to do it for each individual piece of kit, as i already have the s/n's saved in a spreadsheet.
Thanks - Paul

Hi Paul,
It is not supported to push device properties update (such as serial numbers) via a csv file (or other file format). I think the best option might be to use the "Equipment Browser", the Serial Number filed is editable.
Hope this helps
Kind regards

Thanks Jef, doing it this way is fine as i can just cut and paste from my original spreadsheet into the equipment browser.
Thanks for the suggestion
