ITA Authentication token expire timeout

Hi,

I would like to know if I can change token expire timeout on ITA server. I did a test using API Authentication call and noticed that the connection was broken on next day, I think that used token was refused. Is there any manual regarding to API and how to set expire timeout on the server.

@Anonymous userdid I get this right, timeout will affect for instance how long client instance can be active and therefore is not suggested to change this. And it would be better renew the token once a day or more often than change the timeout on server.

Hi Hannu,

I think due to security by design inactive web-session(s) (for more than 2 hours) would be terminated. There is no feature in the UI to change that.
