Hi ,
I have ITA 930 installed days ago, I was able to navigate it using ITA client suddenly stops working loading today.
The server is up, I can navigate the server using web ui but not the client. What happens is that when I login using ITA client
it shows progress bar inistializing and complete but the client just disappear.
I tried to uninstall the 922 client and reinstall but same thing happens. I used 2 laptops and both show simlar results.
Wemin and web ui is working only client disappear after loading the data.
Is there a known bug that I missed out?

Hi Romeo,
It might be (most likely) related to the hostname/IP in the hostname/IP field in the desktop client dose not match the hostname/IP specified in server Webmin interface (Ecostruxure IT Advisor > setup) described here:

If this should be the case, desktop client may crash while "loading physical model..."
You might also want to verify if the user has given desktop client permission. And/or ITA rack licenses are not expired or missing.

Hi Jef,
This Solves the issue, but a bit strange since the server was running for quite sometime already and just suddenly stopped.
There is no firewall between ITA server to workstation and it is in a private network.

Hi Romeo,
Many thanks for the update - glad to hear that it resolves the issue. I guess, there might have been restore job (maybe from another server) in some point and/or there might have been some system changes on the server recently.
