Power and power capacity in ITA is aggregated through power devices like ups, pdu, and rack pdus. To see power fed into ITA from an external source you will need to plan to associate your power data to either the rack pdu's or the breaker poles in the PDU which feed the rack pdu's.
If you are feeding one specific peak value (which I assume is by phase), you then may want to consider splitting the power amongst the rack pdu's / breaker poles if you use a 2N configuration, then the power overlay would more accurately represent usage and failover load.
