Hi Team,
I would like to seek advise regarding device rack association.
Currently our project is having Power scada as monitoring system using ETL to pass to ITA.
They are passing us total peak power of the rack and not individual peak power of rackpdu.
Can we associate this in ITA to show total rack power in measured?
Thanks,
Romeo

Hello Romeo
Power and power capacity in ITA is aggregated through power devices like ups, pdu, and rack pdus. To see power fed into ITA from an external source you will need to plan to associate your power data to either the rack pdu's or the breaker poles in the PDU which feed the rack pdu's.
If you are feeding one specific peak value (which I assume is by phase), you then may want to consider splitting the power amongst the rack pdu's / breaker poles if you use a 2N configuration, then the power overlay would more accurately represent usage and failover load.
Regards
Greg Sterling
