IT optimize and portal installation newer version of windows 2019

Hi All,

One of our customer has IT optimize and portal installed in Windows 2008 server and want to migrate it to newer version of windows 2019 server . We want to know will portal and it optimize can be installed in newer version windows 2019 server. What is the latest version available for portal and IT optimize.

What will the procedure to migrate the data of portal and IT optimize from old server to new server.

Yes, newer versions of IT Optimize are supported and can be installed on Windows 2019.

StruxureWare Portal is a bit of a different situation. Are you or your customer using DCO? StruxureWare portal is no longer supported with the IT Advisor releases and I'm certain it has not been tested on newer windows operating systems like windows 2019 as it is no longer being developed.
