IT Expert reports an error when mass configuring Rack Access PX-HID users

Hi team, 

I am using IT Expert to mass configure user accesses on several Rack Acces PX-HID.

When running the mass configuration, IT Expert reports an error for some values (see attached file). But as far as I can see, the configuration is properly loaded into the PX-HID (checked from the PX-HID web interface). 

Do we have more details logs or means to understand why IT Expert reports an error ?
