Hi All,
I am facing some issues when I calculate my Temperature Plane. The model has been built exactly according to what is in the Clients DC.
I have tried moving stuff around to see if the results will change however I am still getting the same issues.
Please see attached screenshots for suggestions on how to resolve this.
TIA.

Hello @Tafadzwa. I know this is confusing but you are using "EcoStruxure IT Advisor" not "EcoStruxure IT Advisor CFD". They are separate tools with separate forums. If you still need assistance with your issue, please try the "EcoStruxure IT Advisor" forum or contact us at CFD_support@se.com and we'll ensure you receive the required support.

Hello,
It looks like CRAH/CRACH cooling kw value is set and raised floor height is configured.
If you click "more" underneath the error message, what is the exact error that comes up? If you rotate the cabinet that's sideway 90 degees to the left so it's facing the row, then re-run the calculation, does it run?
