Hi Carsten,

In general, customers holding active support contract can get the product updates via the Entitlements portal: https://ecostruxure-it-entitlements.se.com/csm

After logging to Entitlements, if you do not see anything listed in 'Software Updates', then you do not have active support contract included in your Entitlements.

If you have renewed your support contract, then you might want to post a request here: https://app.ecostruxureit.com/request

and ask them to update your entitlements with your renewed software support contract.
