There is a change in ITA 9.1.9 which could cause problems for the desktop client to successfully start. When upgrading to 9.1.9 make sure that the 'SSL Certificate Common' name has the correct server IP defined. It can be verified via ITA server Webmin interface (https://<ITA server IP>:10000) EcoStruxure IT Advisor > Setup. Look for the field says SSL Certificate Common, this should correspond to the servers IP address.
If you need to change this value, then enter the server IP address and click the Setup button to confirm the change. Note: this will cause the services to restart. This changes, if needed, can also be applied after the upgrade (to 9.1.9).
