I could not find firmware for a Galaxy WM UPS management card AP9635.
The usual download space for web card firmware seems to be abandoned.
http://www.apc.com/au/en/tools/download/
The question is that, where can I get firmware for this webcard to this kind of UPS?

Hi Gabor - for this UPS type, we don't post the Network Management Card - NMC (or UPS) firmware as it typically is updated by a field service engineer along with the UPS. There is often a dependency on the NMC firmware and UPS firmware for this model so it is not done independently or without recommendation.
If you think you need a firmware update, I'd suggest engaging your local technical support office to see if there is one available and/or if field service can be dispatched.

Hi Angela,
Thanks for the response. The problem is that, that we tried to get the firmware from the technical support, but they couldn’t send us the file, for some reason. They tried to send it with zip compression, but they have difficulty to send us the file.
My college has set up the system and he needs to install this card in to the ups at the weekend. The UPS tuner doesn’t help us with the Web card firmware. (It's just for the ups system)
In the future Schneider doesn’t support the download of this kind of management card firmware from the official website?
Where can we get this firmware file? Just from the technical support team?

Hi Gabor, glad if you figured out the solution.
And I understand UPS Tuner is just for UPS but if we post firmware on the website for ALL customers, I imagine there are some who will accidentally load incorrect or unsupported versions for their configuration or setup.
As you may already know, we do provide firmware downloads for the network management card on products where this is not as much of a concern but out of an abundance of caution, I think Galaxy VM/VX product owners prefer not to share NMC firmwares publicly without verification of support or field service teams first.
I understand in your scenario, needing the firmware is a valid situation and I imagine support had to verify first which NMC firmware would work with the UPS firmware on your Galaxy system. I don't think there is any easy way to force/verify that on the website with standalone downloads ☹️ Where possible though, the mantra is that we make the firmware downloadable and available to users without needing to contact any Schneider personnel.
