I always get this alarm "An error occured [12030]" in DCE's webclient. Any resolution?

Hi Roel,

To access the StruxureWare Data Center Expert web client, you use a browser to launch to the IP address or hostname of the StruxureWare Data Center Expert server, and provide a valid username and password for that server.

Note:

To logon to the StruxureWare Data Center Expert web client, a user must have at least View Access for one device group that contains a minimum of one device.

Hi Roel, Is this a hardware or a virtual DCE? If its a hardware server,I would suggest you connect directly to the private LAN (default IP: 192.168.1.1 )and try and use the DCE web client there. If the issue does not happen there it might suggest that it is more and likely a network issue. Just for your review there is a KBase that outlines the ports that need to be open for client/server communication.
