How to get a DDF updated for PDU, Liebert, RX Distribution Cabinet?

I have a new DDF for the Liebert RX Distribution Cabinet, however, when viewed from DCO, it does not show 'measured data' - only estimated.  How can I get this DDF updated so that it includes data sensor type OUTPUT_POWER_TOTAL_WATTS OUTPUT_POWER_WATTS ?  I put the request in the comments when I was notified of the DDF being available, but I don't think anyone is still reading this request, because I never received an answer back.  What's the process to get it modified?

Hi Lee,

Would it be a correct assumption, that:

1. the new DDF have been applied on DCE

2. and in DCO, the PDU unit have been re-associated (eg. un-associated first, and then associated) - please try it, if not done already.

Would it possible to ask for the following screen captures to be shared with us (you are most welcome to mask sensitive info such as IP address):

in DCO: right click on the PDU unit > Properties > External Systems > Device

in DCE: right click on the PDU unit > View Device Sensors

(it might contain many sensors, so you might want to limit search option to "power" and/or "total power")

Thank you.  Yes, DDF has been applied on DCE.  And yes I have tried un-associating and re-associating.  I did get a response back on the  DDF request and have supplied the requested OID from the RX panel.  Hopefully I will be getting an updated DDF to apply.  Thank you for your response!   Lee.

Dears,

I been working in a DCE 7.5 with Vertiv Liebert RX cabinet that have IS-Unity DP card installed that have support for Modbus TCP communication.
I was use "Liebert_Distribution_Cabinet.xml", "liebert_fpc" and "liebert_fpc" but without get sensors data (just ethernet conection).
There are any specific XML for this cabinet?
