How to establish communication SRV Easy UPS with ecostruxure IT application .

HI Team,

We are trying to establish Easy UPS SRV6KL-IN  communication with EcoStruxure IT application and facing some challenges in connecting via SNMPV2 and SNMPV3 I have attached  logs for your reference.

Easy UPS uses software monitoring application to monitor and control the UPS, we wanted to know what settings we have to perform to establish communication and discover  with EcoStruxure It application.

Hi, 

I would suggest you to check the following: 

1. Is the UPS is in the same network as the IT Gateway? 

2. Any firewall that blocks the port for SNMP?

3. Did you check the community string setting when using SNMP V2?

4. Is the options for SNMP V3 settings matches in IT Gateway compared to the settings of the SNMP Card? 

You use the SNMP Manager software to check item 3 and 4.
