How to create customized dashboard in DCE ? How to add gadgets ?

I have already a DCE Dashboard designed by a professional. How do I change the structure and adding new gadget to DCE Dashboard. Is there any option to set different colors and fonts for different categories?

Hello,

There is a Help link in the top right of the screen that shows how to make changes to the dashboard.
There is no option to use different fonts or colors (other than the options available in your web browser, which would then also apply to all websites you visit.
