I am trying to configure my DCE server to receive traps from Raritan's PDU, but the test has failed. I found the following documents in the knowledge base.
I want to know if there is still no solution to this problem so far?
If this feature is not supported. Customers may miss some critical alert information. Because now some device manufacturers do not reflect some alarm information in the SNMP point table when writing mib files. It will only be pushed as an SNMP trap.

Hi @fredteng,
It is not currently possible to do priority scanning with third-party devices. Priority scanning is a function allows an APC device to request a polling earlier from DCE via an SNMP trap. If the information is not available via SNMP at the time the polling is done (whether regular poll or priority poll) then the alarm will not be shown within DCE. DCE receives all of its alarms via SNMP, just that priority scanning traps cause the polling to occur quicker than the regular polling cycle.
I have provided your feedback to the DCE product manager for priority scanning with third-party devices.
Kind Regards,
Cory
