I can no longer create a double rail breaker panel. Has this recently been changed? Please advise how I can go about in creating a double rail breaker panel.

I do not think this capability has changed. Can you specify which version of dco or ita your using?

So when you place a PDU on the floor, then from the breaker panel view add a breaker panel you do not see this option? The below picture is from DCO 8.3

Hello Greg,
My bad....The layout portion wasn't showing....until I extended the window. For some reason, the minimized window now blocks the layout section(it didn't before) and there is no scroll option so I did not realize that it could be hiding until I maximized the window. Thanks for your help!
