How to capture IT Optimize server logs

This question was originally posted on DCIM Support by Jef Faridi on 2015-12-21

Via a web browser you can capture the ITO logs:

https://<ito-server-ip>:8090/, logon as apc/apc, click "system settings", then from the pop-up window click the "support" tab, then the "download..." button... you'll be asked to save the customer-support.zip file which contains the console log files.

Additional note: DCO server logs expected to contain the ITO logs as well, if the ITO server is integrated with DCO.
