Dear Andrew Stoakes,

I suspect, that this is just an bug in your 3rd party device’s DDF-file. Therefore, it will be very correct if you find your device on a special DDF resource and perform Request modification there.

If you send your DDF-file to my private e-mail, I can also help you.

With respect.

Thank for the reply., I Tried to request modification but the link to the page is broken "404 page not found". enviromux_16d.xml

If you could have a look and see if the decimal place issue is easy to correct that would be fantastic. DDF is attached

Appreciate the assistance

Dear Andrew Stoakes,

From your comments:

Thank for the reply., I Tried to request modification but the link to the page is broken "404 page not found". enviromux_16d.xml

Can you send me the above specified DDF-file enviromux_16d.xml to a private e-mail address? Since when I try to load the above specified DDF-file, I get a "404 page not found" error ☹️.

Dear Panagiotis Karampis, can you help solve the problem with "404 page not found" error when you try to download the above specified DDF-file ( enviromux_16d.xml )? The same error is displayed if I click on the Request modification link on the https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com/view/ENVIROMUX-16D/NTI&queryString=enviromux device support page.

With respect.

Hi,

The ddf request is working now.

Although I fixed the download issue, it is not perfect. I'll have to investigate further.

Dear Andrew Stoakes,

Unfortunately, I didn’t wait for you to answer my previous questions.

Therefore, I am sending you the fixed SNMP DDF-file enviromux_16d.xml  v.2, which is intended for STULZ-TI’s Advanced Integrated Monitoring System (STULZ-16DDP).

Try it, please, and carefully check whether everything is normal and correct.

With respect.
