During installation you need to set the user name and password.

During the first login to DCO web client, you will be asked to change that.

After installation, you can change that from:

For the DCO application user: login via web-client and go to Administration > Users, and then administer the user(s) (add new one and/or modify the settings for the existing user(s)):

For the Webmin user:  login to server webmin, and go to System > Users and Groups, and then edit the current user (click on the user name) to see the configuration (and/or to change the password). You can also "Create a new user" (highlighted in the following capture), (use the current user as inspiration, in particular look for the Group Membership settings):

How do we change username and pass for DCE Portal access via web.

For DCE, login to DCE thick client, go to User Administration and change it from there.

Of course if you are using active directory for either DCE or DCO user, change the password from AD itself.
