Hi,
We are having 2 issues with our DCO Desktop Client work orders. The status boxes don't show up right for some users, see image #2 below; and the notes field doesn't show up for different users, see image #3 below.
These 3 images are from different users looking at the same work order, #2 isn't a huge problem because it doesn't impact our ability to work. However, we are greatly impacted by the missing notes field. Even if permissions didn't allow editing by one of the users I imagine we should still be able to view the notes box, #3.
If someone could help explain what is happening I'd appreciate it since we can't take notes on our work.
Thanks,
Chris

Hi Christopher,
Issue with icons (image 2) most likely client related, apparently the workstation (Win/Mac?) is unable to display the icons.
And concerning the missing notes filed, for the time being I'm unable to reproduce but I guess it might have to do with user permissions (somehow).
Kind regards
