How can i connect my Pelco DVR with DCE?

we have Pelco DVR DX 8100 and want to connect it with DCE. Also want to learn, How it works in terms of alerts from DCE.

Hi Vimal,

Sorry for any delay. DCE can not monitor your Pelco DVR, at least not for images or surveillance. If the DVR is networked and supports SNMP, we can monitor it's basic status etc but nothing having to do with images. The only way to see Pelco images in DCE is using the NetBotz/Pelco integration. We work with specific Pelco cameras (not the DVR). Then, with DCE monitoring the NetBotz device, you should see surveillance or motion alerts within DCE.

Hello Vimal,

Unfortunately the Pelco DVR system does not integrate with DCE. DCE has the ability to monitor a selected  number of Sarix Pelco camera thru Netbotz appliances via web services. Currently, this is the only way to integrate Pelco cameras into StruxureWare Data Center Expert at this time.
